Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations in San Diego County, including Lemon Grove, Poway, Mira Mesa, El Cajon, Spring Valley, and La Mesa. The GM will recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong profitability.

You will drive food safety, operational excellence, and culture across locations, partner with leadership, and champion DRG values while fostering accountability and growth

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: Two-years Restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts.
• Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check including MVR.
• Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• This position has an expected 50-hour work week.
• Open availability (nights, weekends, holidays) may be required.

The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including recruitment, training, team development, financial performance, and overall business management.
