Job Description

Pilot Flying J is seeking highly-skilled, experienced Restaurant General Managers to operate our high-volume, quick-service restaurants. Applicants must be willing to relocate.

Our General Managers are responsible for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant and will:

• Ensure excellent hospitality and guest service
• Create a positive work environment for team members
• Implement Human Resource decisions
• Perform P&L analysis
• Control inventory

Pay Rate: Starting between $41,700 and $60,460 per year.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent team leadership and customer service skills, along with integrity and accountability.

Additional requirements include:

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or related service industry with financial responsibility
• Proficiency in managing high-volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
