Job summary

Popeyes in Oxford, MS is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and set the guest experience standard.

You’ll hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team, manage labor and inventory, and ensure compliance while maintaining Popeyes' fast, friendly service and hospitality. 18+ with HS diploma, 1–2 years of management preferred; strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and guest service instincts.
• Solid understanding of P&L and profitability drivers.

Responsibilities
