Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of restaurant management, strong leadership and cost-control skills, and a passion for hospitality. The role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on brand standards and guest satisfaction.

• Experience managing financial performance including labor and food cost.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Developing, coaching, and motivating restaurant managers and team members
• Managing labor, food cost, and operational expenses to drive restaurant profitability
• Ensuring consistent execution of Huey Magoo's brand standards and training programs
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Supporting local marketing initiatives and community engagement
• Ensuring compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and company policies
