Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in North Canton, OH is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead daily operations and drive service excellence. You will develop people, manage costs, and build sales while upholding our mission to serve one meal, one family, one neighborhood at a time.

Responsibilities include training staff, scheduling, payroll, benefits, performance reviews, and reporting to the home office. You will ensure product quality, sanitation, inventory control, and financial KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience, required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Source and interview all store employees to ensure they will embrace our values, including a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Training team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world class operation.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Product: Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Inventory: Ensure appropriate inventory par levels and ordering system are in place; complete weekly and end of period inventories.
• Management: Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation; complete inventory reporting and KPI tracking.
• Accountability: Creating store Action Plans including marketing to continuously improve the business and weekly KPIs to achieve goals.
• Operations: Ensure the store exterior is well maintained and security procedures are followed for deposits and safe contents.

• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe

Requirements:
