Job summary

KFC FMI in Iowa is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume team and drive top-line results. You will own restaurant performance, shape guest experiences, manage operations and uphold brand standards while fostering a family-like team culture.

You will mentor staff, coordinate marketing efforts, and partner with Area Leaders to advance the business. This role rewards ownership, fast pace, and a commitment to excellent service.
