POSITION SUMMARY:

The perfect Restaurant General Manager at Qdoba is a confident decision-maker with proven experience in guest/customer service, employee management, business and financial management, and people motivation. He or she is an excellent communicator—both in writing and verbally. Responsibilities include:

1. Fostering a culture of high employee retention and full staffing
2. Managing crew members to encourage growth and reduce turnover
3. Interviewing and hiring team members

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, recruit, hire, coach, train, and motivate employees. Valid driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift equipment and cases weighing 10-50 lbs., speak and hear clearly, and operate a computer or tablet.
