Job Overview

As a member of the Corporate Field Operations team, you will be responsible for executing the restaurant plan by achieving sales and profit goals, and providing excellent guest and team service. The General Manager will oversee the overall restaurant operations to ensure we are the 1st Choice for our Guests and Employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
  • Analyze data and develop plans to improve sales, profits, service, and efficiency.
  • Determine staffing needs, hire suitable candidates, and ensure proper staffing for shifts.
  • Train team members and managers on operations, policies, procedures, and guest service.
  • Respond to complaints and policy violations appropriately.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for employees and guests.
