Position: General Manager

Minimum Qualifications:
  1. HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
  2. Minimum 3-4 operations experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)
  3. Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays
  4. Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans required
  5. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
  7. Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused
