Formerly located in Chino, we’re now bringing our soulful dishes and warm hospitality to Moreno Valley. Our family-owned and operated restaurant is known for its friendly vibe, loyal guests, and community atmosphere.
We’re looking for a General Manager who is passionate about food, leadership, and hospitality to lead our team and help take our restaurant to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily operations and staff in the restaurant
Recruit, hire, train, and retain restaurant staff including servers and hosts
Create and manage weekly employee schedules
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by streamlining restaurant operations
Monitor restaurant finances including sales, labor, and expenses
Enforce food handling and safety regulations in compliance with health codes
Handle guest complaints with professionalism and care
Promote the restaurant locally and implement creative strategies to increase customer traffic
Complete and maintain reports on sales, inventory, and staff attendance
Report directly to the restaurant owner
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
Valid Food Manager Certification required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Comfortable with restaurant technology systems for scheduling, sales, and inventory
