Job summary

Gold Star Chili in Batavia is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, finance, customer relations, food safety, and HR. You’ll influence store culture and drive performance through hands-on leadership and strategic decision-making.

You’ll champion frontline training, schedule, and guest experiences while overseeing sales, labor, and cost controls. If you’re entrepreneurial, people-focused, and passionate about hospitality, this role offers growth and a competitive package.
