Job summary

Gold Star Batavia is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at our Batavia location. You will shape culture, drive financial performance, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while upholding food safety and brand standards.

You’ll recruit and develop the store team, manage scheduling, training, and customer relations, and foster community partnerships to grow store performance and brand presence.
