Job Description

Pilot Flying J is seeking highly-skilled, experienced Restaurant General Managers to run our high-volume, quick service restaurants. Applicants must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

1. Ensuring excellent hospitality and guest service
2. Creating a positive work environment for team members
3. Implementing Human Resource decisions
4. Performing P&L analysis
5. Controlling inventory

Pay Rates starting between: $83,200.00 - $65,500.00 / year, plus short term monthly incentive opportunity.

Qualifications

Excellent team leadership and customer service skills, integrity, and accountability are essential.

Additional Requirements
