Wingstop is looking for excellent full‑time General Manager candidates to join our management team. The primary role is to work in tandem with the District Manager to oversee daily operations of the store, provide exceptional customer service and proactively manage the front‑ and back‑of‑house team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, and schedule team members in partnership with the District Manager
- Work with the District Manager and Human Resources to manage performance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members
- Communicate job expectations to staff; plan, monitor, and review performance and compensation actions; enforce policies and procedures
- Communicate in a timely and effective manner with District Manager regarding operational and human resources issues
- Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure team and restaurant meet standards
- Track inventory and ensure accurate record keeping
- Identify and resolve food‑preparation issues; help team handle customer service issues with grace and courtesy to cultivate happy, returning customers
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; proper safety procedures, injury reporting, equipment maintenance, etc., complying with health and legal regulations; maintain security systems
- Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership of new and different job responsibilities; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
