Role Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and leadership to create a positive culture and high team morale.
• Manage daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, development, sales, costs, and guest experience.
• Develop and execute action plans aligned with company goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete all training requirements including management development and certifications.
• Ensure excellent guest experiences, maintain staffing, and uphold service and cleanliness standards.
• Create a positive team culture, manage profitability, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Handle guest and team member concerns and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and open availability.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 3-5 years management experience, restaurant management preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Capability Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
• Proficient communication skills and ability to work in varied temperature environments.
