Cowboy Chicken is seeking an experienced General Manager in Fort Worth, TX to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards that drive performance. A structured 5-week training program and tools for success are provided, with no late nights as stores close at 9 PM.
Monthly bonuses begin after training. The position requires 2 years of restaurant management experience, flexibility in scheduling, and a valid driver’s license.

This is a full-time position, with about 50 - 55 hours of work per week expected.
