Job summary

Apex Foods LLC, a Golden Chick Restaurants franchisee, is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager in Texas to lead operations, build a high-performing team, deliver outstanding customer service, and maximize profitability.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, oversee P&L, maintain food safety and cleanliness, and ensure adherence to company culture and values. The role requires 50+ hour weeks, open availability, English proficiency, and SERV Safe certification.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of fast-food General Manager experience.
• Education: High School Diploma.
• Open availability; 50+ hour work week.
• Must read, speak, and write English; must pass a background check; SERV Safe certification required.

Qualification: MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF FAST-FOOD General Manager Experience.

A GM oversees recruiting, training, management, P&L, and overall operations of the restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, high-quality foods, people development, food safety, store cleanliness, and maximize profitability. A GM also oversees communication, acts as a liaison with other leadership, and facilitates a focus on company's culture and values.

Are you Qualified?

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: Three-years Restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts.
• Must have the ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must maintain current Food handlers card according to state or local requirements.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check
• Must be able to pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• This position has an expected 50+ hour work week.
• This position requires open availability (Open availability may be nights, weekends, holidays, varies depending on the needs of the business).
