Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations and shape the guest experience. You will hire and develop staff, conduct orientations, and implement training plans while ensuring efficient scheduling and strong team performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, plus strong analytical/decision-making abilities.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and hospitality.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and training.
• Plan and manage scheduling; address performance issues and resolve customer concerns.

You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include finding, hiring and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation and executing the training plan for each new hire. You’re also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, assisting in the resolution of customer issues and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.
