Position Summary:

The ideal Restaurant General Manager at Qdoba is a confident decision-maker with proven experience in guest/customer service, employee management, business and financial management, and people motivation. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Fostering a culture of high employee retention and full staffing
2. Managing team members to encourage growth and reduce turnover
3. Interviewing and hiring staff

5. Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
6. Building sales through delicious food, exceptional hospitality, and cleanliness

10. Maximizing sales versus budget, including marketing participation

Qualifications:

Minimum Age: 18 years old to comply with legal requirements.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: 5+ years in QSR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Strong prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Highly organized, motivated, and ethical. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage staff effectively. Valid driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 10-50 lbs, speak and hear clearly, and operate a computer or tablet.
