Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Minimum 18 months multi-unit management experience; internal candidates require 12-18 months as GM.
• Strong knowledge of QSR/Fast Casual operations, labor laws, and local health regulations.
• Experience with local store marketing and technology systems including Microsoft Office.
