Job summary

Shake Shack in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and inspire a high-performing team. You will oversee guest experience, ensure food safety, manage inventory and budgets, and drive sales while maintaining hospitality excellence.

The role requires 3+ years of GM experience in a fast-paced setting, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of restaurant operations. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within a collaborative Shack

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated leadership in hospitality and motivation of team members.
• Strong leadership with coaching and excellence focus.
• Understanding of financial aspects of restaurant operations.
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Job Responsibilities

Pay Range - $68,723.20 - $88,441.60
