Job summary

Shake Shack in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead and mentor the team, uphold hospitality standards, and drive financial performance. In this role you will oversee daily operations, inventory, scheduling, and compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will partner with leadership to develop people, manage budgets, and promote the brand in the local community. The successful candidate will bring at least 3 years of GM experience in high-volume

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning, sanitation, and health codes.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated hospitality leadership and motivation of teams.
• Strong leadership with coaching and excellence focus.
• Knowledge of financial aspects of business operations.
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
