Job Description

Pilot Flying J is seeking highly-skilled, experienced Restaurant General Managers to operate our high-volume, quick-service restaurants. Applicants must be willing to relocate.

The General Manager is responsible for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant and will:

• Ensure excellent hospitality and guest service
• Create a positive work environment for team members
• Implement Human Resource decisions
• Perform P&L analysis
• Control inventory

Starting pay rates range from $65,500 to $83,200 annually, plus short-term monthly incentives.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong team leadership and customer service skills, along with integrity and accountability at the managerial level. Additional requirements include:

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industries with financial responsibility
• Experience managing high-volume retail operations with P&L accountability
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
