Responsibilities:

  1. Identify the strongest crew and train them to deliver the best customer experience.
  2. Oversee recruiting and training of your team, leading them to be promoted and empowering them to have a successful career.

Qualifications:

  1. Have at least five (5) years restaurant/retail and people management experience.
  2. Proven ability to strategize and implement improvements based on P&Ls.
  3. Digitally driven with proficiency and interest in using various tools and platforms.
  4. Possesses strong written, verbal, supervisory, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong understanding of restaurant maintenance programs and implementation.

Compensation:

The range for this role is $60,000-$80,000. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and experience.
