Overview

The Restaurant General Manager reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage. This role requires a strategic and tactical leader who is hands-on, ready to engage with staff and guests, and capable of managing the restaurant's operations effectively. As part of a fast-growing company, you must be adaptable, proactive, and committed to excellence in service and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold and model the company's core principles of People, Place, and Character, fostering a collaborative and hospitable environment.
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching, and motivating staff to develop talent and ensure high service standards.
• Manage restaurant setup, maintain food & beverage standards, and ensure guest satisfaction, including VIP relationships.
• Review reservations and staffing needs, coordinate with culinary and membership teams, and oversee inventory and cleanliness.
• Assist other food & beverage departments as needed and maintain communication with the F&B management team.
• Ensure proficiency with POS systems, troubleshoot minor issues, and understand budgetary goals to maintain profitability.
• Implement revenue-generating initiatives creatively and strategically.
