We are food travel experts passionate about bringing authentic restaurants to airports that showcase local flavors! As a restaurant general manager at SSP America, you'll have opportunities for growth and expansion.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee multi-unit restaurant operations at DAL Airport.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team through effective training and coaching.
• Ensure excellent hospitality, sanitation, safety, and compliance with all policies.
• Drive operational excellence by managing food and labor costs, sharing P&L responsibility, and running efficient shifts.
• Uphold company values and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in quick-service restaurants, including P&L responsibility. Franchise experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and POS systems.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred, or equivalent coursework.
• Experience in quick-service restaurant industry is required.
• Strong leadership skills to manage conflicts, resolve challenges, and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while focusing on business goals and customer satisfaction.
