Pacific Bells operates over 245 Taco Bell restaurants across 8 states, with headquarters in Vancouver, WA. We are seeking experienced Restaurant General Managers (RGM) who act as CEOs of their locations, managing leadership, performance, operations, talent, culture, and retention, all while enjoying the fun of our brand.

Who You Are

• Minimum 6 years of management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably QSR.
• Results-driven with a hands-on leadership style.
• Ability to monitor team pulse and foster engagement.
• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Over 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
