Job Description

• Ensure staff attendance, proper grooming, and adherence to uniform standards.
• Schedule and assign daily tasks, adjust shifts as needed, and conduct pre-shift meetings to relay pertinent updates.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new employees and conduct mid-year and annual performance reviews.
• Monitor daily sales, resolve accounting discrepancies, and prepare payroll tips and hours for bi-weekly submission.
• Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and maintain par levels for menus, wine lists, and equipment.
• Inspect the restaurant environment for cleanliness, readiness, and compliance with service standards, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
• Update the POS system with menu changes and ensure availability of current offerings.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle complaints tactfully, and foster positive guest relations.
• Complete monthly inventories of liquor and wine, ensure compliance with liquor laws, and address maintenance or repair needs.
• Ensure all closing duties are completed before staff sign out to maintain operational readiness.
• Other duties as required.

What You Bring

• Experience working in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of safety initiatives in compliance with OSHA guidelines
• Education in hospitality management, culinary arts, business administration or similar required
• If applicable, must meet required minimum age to serve alcohol
