RH is seeking a Hospitality Leader to spearhead strategic research and development initiatives that enhance the guest experience. The leader will recruit and train service staff, manage inventory, and deliver world-class customer service to both internal and external guests, while maintaining the equipment and facilities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Live our vision, values, and beliefs every day.
  2. Deliver P&L results aligned with company expectations for revenue and operating income.
  3. Develop and maintain strong protocols regarding service standards.
  4. Build and lead a strong Hospitality Leadership team to grow the business.
  5. Directly oversee all Dining Room associates.
  6. Establish strong partnerships with leadership across the property to ensure a cohesive and seamless guest experience.
  7. Mentor, train, and provide in-the-moment coaching to develop teams and increase sales.
  8. Embrace change and consistently deliver top results despite obstacles.
  9. Maintain open communication between Dining Room and Kitchen Leaders and associates.
  10. Prioritize and multitask effectively among multiple complex daily tasks.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  2. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong leadership skills with accountability for revenue goals.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with notable attention to detail.
  5. Enthusiastic team player with a creative mindset.
  6. Strong decision-making skills.
  7. Business development or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capacity to work standing and walking for extended periods.
