WHO YOU ARE.

• Have at least 6 years of progressive management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably QSR.
• You are results-oriented, punctual, and meet standards.
• Have a hands-on approach and monitor team culture and engagement.
• Experience in rapid and complex work environments.
• Over 18 years old.
• Strong customer service skills, both internal and external.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional planning, organizing, and follow-up abilities.
