What You’ll Own
Build & Lead a Winning Team
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain talented Team Members.
  • Build a strong bench of future leaders to support restaurant and company growth.
  • Develop Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders to reach their full potential.

  • Lead team meetings and keep employees informed, engaged, and focused on restaurant goals.
Deliver an Experience Guests Remember
  • Create a welcoming restaurant where hospitality comes first.
  • Ensure every guest receives great food, friendly service, and a consistently positive experience.
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and restaurant appearance.
  • Lead by example and be ready to jump in wherever your team needs you.
Drive the Business
  • Take ownership of restaurant sales, profitability, labor, inventory, and operational performance.
  • Review P&L results and partner with your District Manager to identify opportunities to improve the business.
  • Manage scheduling and labor to achieve company standards while supporting the needs of the restaurant.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure restaurant equipment is properly maintained.
  • Execute marketing initiatives and promotional programs that help drive traffic and sales.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the restaurant and strengthen its connection to the local community.
Run a Great Restaurant
  • Ensure restaurant operations meet Huddle House brand and performance standards.
  • Maintain accurate payroll, employee, operational, and administrative records.
  • Follow all company HR, safety, sanitation, security, and operational policies.
  • Hold yourself and your team accountable for delivering results.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of restaurant operations, systems, and technology.
What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for a hands‑on leader who knows how to balance people, operations, and results.

Our ideal candidate has:
  • 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick-service, fast-casual, or high-volume restaurant operations
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management, budgeting, labor, inventory, and scheduling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to lead effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills
  • A high sense of urgency and personal accountability
  • Current ServSafe Certification
  • Reliable transportation and a reliable method of communication
What the Role Requires

Restaurant leadership is active and hands‑on. General Managers must be able to:

  • Stand and move for extended periods
  • Work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment and around high temperatures
  • Work closely with team members in kitchen and dining areas
  • Safely lift up to 50 pounds
  • Work with approved restaurant cleaning products
  • Maintain quality, speed, and hospitality standards during high‑volume periods
  • Perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
