Job summary

Black Bear Diner is seeking a Floor Supervisor to support daily dining room and kitchen operations under the management team. You will oversee front and back of house activities, lead staff, ensure food safety, and maintain customer service standards.

You must be 21+, have a high school diploma or GED, and prior restaurant supervisory experience is desirable. Proficiency with Excel/Word and cash handling is expected; the role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends; training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior shift supervisory restaurant experience preferred.
• Age 21+ required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
