Job summary

Kei Concepts is hiring a Floor Manager at Vox Kitchen – South Coast Plaza. The role is full-time, non-exempt, with an hourly pay range of $26–$28 based on experience.

Location is on-site at Vox Kitchen; candidates should have restaurant management experience and the ability to lead a team, maintain service standards, and manage daily operations. Benefits, training, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or operations experience.
• Food Handler Card (training hours provided if needed).
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification (if required).

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests receive friendly, responsive, and professional service.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation according to company standards.
• Support daily restaurant operations to meet sales, service, and cleanliness goals.
• Assist with staff training and development in accordance with company policies.
• Lead by example to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reconciliation.
• Step in as needed to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the management team.
• Ensure all products are received accurately and in proper condition.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper working condition.
• Support employee performance reviews and corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to the General Manager.
• Attend scheduled meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
