Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to scale processes as the division grows.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook; familiarity with accounting software.
• Experience in multi-company environments; strong organization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with examining operational and accounting practices and reporting.
• Review and process bills, invoices and vendor payments; ensure proper approvals.
• Coordinate biweekly payroll and sales tax filings with HR and payroll provider.
• Enter and post daily sales reports from multiple restaurants.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts; manage intercompany transfers.
• Prepare timely financial statements for ownership and stakeholders.
