Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting a Controller / Accounting Manager in Atlanta, GA. The role reports to the General Manager and partners with senior leadership to drive financial and operational performance in a high-volume hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting/finance within hospitality and is hands-on, team-oriented, and adept at implementing systems to improve cost control and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or hospitality finance.
• Background in hospitality, hotels, catering, or food & beverage environments preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel, reporting tools, and new systems.
• Hands-on, team-oriented, and operationally focused.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership teams to support operational and financial performance.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Track labor and food & beverage costs and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with month-end processes, payroll, AP/AR, and reporting functions.
• Use Excel and internal systems to provide insights and support business decisions.
