Job summary

The Maintenance Technician at M Crowd Restaurant Support Center in Carrollton, TX will handle basic repair, painting, and installation tasks to maintain safe and appealing restaurant facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities include tile repair, painting touchups, restroom accessory installation, furniture replacement, preventive maintenance, and keeping tools and work areas organized, while tracking expenses and adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• HVAC/Refrigeration certification or relevant service experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years tile repair, drywall repair and painting experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Minor floor tile repair and installation.
• Paint touchups, caulking, drywall repairs, trim replacement.
• Install or replace restroom accessories.
• Decor installation such as plaques, frames & small artwork.
• Replace dining chairs, tabletops and table bases; install levelers/glides.
• Return damaged furniture/equipment to warehouse; keep tools organized.
• Respond to scheduled/unscheduled maintenance and track purchases.
• Comply with federal, state, and local requirements.
