Job description

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the restaurant by performing interior and exterior facilities tasks and managing inventory efficiently and accurately.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Demonstrate sanitation and food safety practices consistently
• Check over restaurant from previousclose to ensure a safe and secure environment
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly jobs timely and accurately
• Maintain the appearance of the building interior, exterior, and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal as needed
• Follow company safety standards at all times and look out for the safety of other team members and guests
• Coordinates job duties around other opening team members to ensure efficient preparation for opening
• Put food order away accurately, rotate stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage area using the
• First-In-First-Out method while monitoring shelf life and code dates
• Take temperatures of required foods upon delivery accurately, and document as required
• Maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly
• Report possible areas of incomplete closing or other restaurant operations to the General Manager
• Complete other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

• Possess manual dexterity for assembly and maintenance tasks

• Climb up and down a ladder to a height of 25 feet
• Able to use various kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, grills, toasters, etc.
• Frequent exposure to cold temperatures from coolers and freezers, as well as heat from cooking equipment
• Frequent exposure to weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, snow and wind
• Able to see, read, and comprehend a variety of written or displayed media
