Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and maintenance skills preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor repairs and complete routine preventative maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior areas of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage, parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment to extend life and ensure safety.
• Follow safety guidelines, handle chemicals properly, and report issues promptly.
• Support operations by ensuring equipment is clean, functional, and ready for peak periods.
