• MUST have experience with maintaining facilities, including but not limited to building repairs, ceilings, flooring, grounds, etc.
• Experience with maintenance work order software 'MaintainX' is a huge PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain restaurant commercial equipment.
• Manage facility repair and maintenance workflow in Service Channel.
• Complete facility repairs in a timely manner at both the corporate office and restaurant locations.
• Regularly inspect the corporate office and restaurant locations for maintenance issues.
• Complete regular inspections to identify and repair problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance as needed.
