Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep our restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly. You’ll perform daily upkeep of interior/exterior spaces, assist with equipment cleaning and basic repairs, and support the team with routine maintenance tasks.

As part of a franchise-owned location, you’ll work with management to uphold safety standards and quality service, including duties like filtering fry oil, stocking areas, changing light bulbs, and maintaining HVAC components.

Qualifications

• Restaurant maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to perform cleaning and basic upkeep tasks.
• Comfort with lifting, standing, and routine manual work.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
