Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Knows the GAB mission statement and can execute

• Serves as liaison between BOH & FOH, ensuring food/drinks are served promptly and to standard

• Performs secondary duties which may include but are not limited to:
  • stocking dine in and take out items
  • rolling silverware
  • stock/restocking soup & oatmeal garnishes where applicable
  • filling backstock of items such as dressings, fruit cups, chips, hot tea bags, grab ’n go cooler items
  • stocking and cleaning retail items
