• Understanding of commercial plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warm, damp environments.
• Knowledge of health/safety regulations and PPE use.

• Ensure dishwasher is functioning correctly.
