Job summary

Carrols Corporation is the largest BURGER KING franchise driving maintenance excellence across our restaurants. The Equipment Service Technician is responsible for preventative maintenance and timely repairs to uphold the physical integrity of each location.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will coordinate repairs, manage maintenance scheduling to minimize service disruption, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• General electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge is necessary.
• General mechanical knowledge is required.
• Food service equipment repair experience is a plus.
• HVAC repair certification is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Independent reliable transportation required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
