Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is seeking a dynamic field-based sales professional to drive growth in the Ohio market. Role involves visiting restaurants, presenting Auto-Chlor solutions, and building a robust pipeline through in-person engagement.

You’ll operate Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a base plus commission structure and benefits. Training is provided, with opportunities for leadership and career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your numbers, territory, and activity plan.

Pay or shift range: $75,000 USD to $85,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

What This Role Really Is:

This is a high-activity, field-based sales position. You will be out in the marketplace Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, walking into restaurants, shaking hands, introducing Auto-Chlor, and showing prospects how we can solve problems they deal with every single day.

What You’ll Gain:

• 1st year Base + commission expected earnings of $75,000-$85,000.
• 2nd year Base + commission expected earnings of $90,000-$100,000.
