Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, a premier bowling and entertainment company, seeks a Restaurant/Entertainment Manager to oversee center operations, guest experience, and staff leadership across Food & Beverage and entertainment offerings.

You will train and schedule hourly staff, manage guest relations, drive sales through leagues and open play, and partner with league organizers while preparing for General Manager succession.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to supervise center operations staff.
• Strong Team Player with customer service focus.
• Exceptional “People Developer.”
• Customer Service Pro.
• Knowledge of POS register systems.

Responsibilities

• Make Guests Priority #1 by delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, and addressing guest complaints.
• Never Stop Improving by scheduling staffing to meet center needs and maximize guest experience.
• Take Every Opportunity to drive sales through marketing strategies (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
• Partner with Leagues to develop good relationships with league bowlers and officers and handle related admin duties.
• Assemble an All-Star Team by recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly staff.
• Show off those Management Skills by leading, motivating, and delegating to maximize guest satisfaction and center productivity.
• Drive Food & Beverage Sales by overseeing F&B program and providing training to ensure standards.
• Remain Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.

• Develop andmaintaina good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues

REMAIN FLEXIBLE

• An ability to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center.
