Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across multiple locations, driving sales, labor, and food cost targets while mentoring restaurant leaders. You will spend time in restaurants, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback to build a strong leadership bench.

The role requires a proven track record in multi-unit leadership, with a collaborative, positive, and results-driven approach in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
• Be good to others. Be good to yourself!
