Fish City Grill in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a reliable Dishwasher/Buss­er to clean dishes, utensils and glassware to standard, while maintaining a safe, sanitary work area and assisting with table maintenance.

The role requires following company policies and safety rules, communicating professionally with customers and team members, handling multiple tasks efficiently, and performing opening, ongoing and closing sidework as assigned.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year minimum dishwashing and/or Busser experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills.
• Able to interact professionally with other Customers and Team Members.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgment and decision making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Clean dishes, utensils and glassware according to standards and maintain a safe, sanitary work area.
• Maintain the dish machine with correct maintenance and proper chemical levels.
• Perform the role of a Busser and assist with seating and table maintenance as needed.
• Provide a clean and safe environment for Customers and support Servers.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing sidework and maintain overall restaurant cleanliness.
