We need a hardworking person who can get in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. Responsibilities

1. Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems.
2. After unloading the dishwasher, return utensils and plates to their proper locations.
3. Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily.
4. Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine.
5. Take part in employee meetings regularly to stay up to date on all policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

1. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
2. Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
3. Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
4. Prior food service industry experience is highly desired.

Compensation

$13 - $15 hourly
