Job summary

Boka Restaurant Group is seeking an organized Development Project Manager to lead restaurant development projects from design through openings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and operations teams. This role offers exposure to multiple markets within a fast-growing hospitality group and requires strong execution, communication, and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, construction coordination, restaurant development, hospitality development, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Familiarity with design documents, schedules, vendor coordination, and project tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to work with architects, contractors, and operations teams.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site support during critical development and openings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliverables and drive accountability across project teams.
• Maintain critical paths, milestone schedules, trackers, and key deliverables.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule, budget, procurement, and construction risks.
• Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Provide concise updates and escalate issues to Development leadership.
• Participate in design, construction meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Track drawings, revisions, submittals, equipment requirements, and deliverables.
• Assist in resolving coordination issues between design intent and construction constraints.
• Serve as on-site Development representative during openings and post-opening stabilization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and external stakeholders.
