McDonald's Corporation is seeking a Department Manager for a McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. You will oversee Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments, lead shifts, and ensure excellent guest experiences while coaching staff and managing schedules.

Preferred candidates have prior restaurant/retail/hospitality management experience, strong leadership, and a passion for fast-paced service.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly and oversee Departments (Guest Service, Kitchen, People).
• Ensure fast, accurate, friendly service and proper training of staff.
• Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule to meet sales and profit goals.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and operations.
